In order to use the Decorator Collective website, we may require information form you to provide the best service possible as well as processing any purchases.

All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by Decorator Collective is acquired via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, or directly through our website.

Any details collected from Decorator Collective customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

We provide our products and service to you subject to the following terms and conditions.  Please read them carefully, as by visiting or ordering from this website you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.  This document outlines the trading Terms and Conditions bound to all Decorator Collective transactions incorporating but not limited to online, fax, phone, agent, trade fair and email ordering and correspondence. We reserve the right to make amendments to these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. Any changes made will be effective immediately after they are posted.

Our website is designed for the information and use of retail customers, commercial business customers and affiliates.

The information on our website is not comprehensive and is intended to provide a summary of the subject matter covered. While we use all reasonable attempts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information on our website, to the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we make no warranty regarding the information on this website. You should monitor any changes to the information contained on this website.

We are not liable to you or anyone else if interference with or damage to your computer systems occurs in connection with the use of this website or a linked website. You must take your own precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use from our website is free of viruses or anything else (such as worms or Trojan horses) that may interfere with or damage the operations of your computer systems.

PRICING

All pricing on our Website is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive (Goods and Services Tax - ACt 1999) unless stated otherwise.

Decorator Collective reserves the right to change prices and product specifications at any time without prior notice. All goods will be charged at the price existing at the time of tax invoice. All purchases made through this website are secure and your details will not be passed onto a third party.

Purchases can be made by selecting your item/s, adding them to your shopping cart and then completing the checkout process. At which case, you will receive an order confirmation and invoice to your nominated e-mail address.

As prints are custom printed upon ordering, there will not be any exchanges or returns. Should your print be faulty, please contact us at [email protected] so we can address your concerns. Please be aware, colours may vary slightly in prints due to screen resolutions.

In certain circumstances, we may need to reject your order. This may happen where the requested Product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site. This may include the cancellation of orders and a refund of customers’ money.

PAYMENT

Decorator Collective accepts a variety of payment options.

Direct Bank Deposit / EFT / Bank Transfer:
Please contact Decorator Collective for Bank Deposit details. When completing a transaction write your name / company name in the description so we know the payment is from you and email or fax us a copy of the completed transaction.

A payment is considered complete when the funds have been cleared.

Credit Card:
We only accept MasterCard & Visa. To complete an online payment you must provide the following:

• Cardholders name
• Card number
• Card expiry date.

All online Credit Card transactions use a split-email process, which is extremely secure.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Products on this website may be shipped from various suppliers. This will be specified on the item description. Please read each item description carefully. Where postage is applicable, this will be notated on the product description and also applied to your shopping cart at the checkout. Where an item is downloadable, you will receive a link to download your purchase after completion of the transaction. Downloadable files are for personal use only and are not permitted to be used for commercial use or re-distributed in any way.

Where physical products are being sent to the customer, they will be shipped from either Decorator Collective or one of our associated vendor/s (store) from which you purchased the item.

All orders are subject to a Freight charge, unless a capped freight charge has been stated on our website. 

Freight is calculated on the size of the consignment (whichever is greater, cubic or weight measurement).

An itemised Tax Invoice containing a description of goods purchased and freight will be emailed to your nominated email address.

Please allow up to 7 working days for items to be dispatched, providing payment has been made. All delivery addresses given to Decorator Collective are considered to be physical addresses unless otherwise advised. 

Deliveries to most Capital cities in Australia take approximately 2-4 working days. For urgent delivery requests please note that Decorator Collective will make every effort to dispatch orders on time, however we can't guarantee the nominated freight company will deliver on time as requested. We are also unable to request Australia Post to call before delivery. Please understand that as we use a third party for deliveries we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date, once the goods leave our premises, circumstances may arise which are outside of out control.

For all deliveries detailed above it is the responsibility of the customer to check that all cartons are accounted for before signing for the delivery. A signed "Proof of Delivery" (POD) will be used to determine the delivery of an order. Decorator Collective does not accept responsibility for goods that are misplaced after they have been delivered and signed.

REFUND / RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Decorator Collective within 7 days of tax invoice date so that any problems can be resolve expediently.

Prior to the return of any goods, a written approval must be obtained from Decorator Collective. This written approval for request of credit must accompany all returns and the goods must be in original packaging with the original tax invoice.

Claims for non-delivery, short delivery, incorrect goods supplied and pricing and/or calculation must be made within 7 days of the tax invoice date from which it was supplied otherwise no action may be taken against Decorator Collective for any anomalies therein.

All postage and insurance costs related to the return of any goods are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Decorator Collective will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not endorse and are not responsible for the content on those linked websites and have no control over or rights in those linked websites.

Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any purpose other than for personal use is a violation of Decorator Collective copyright and proprietary rights.
